Actions speak louder than words. Forget the self-congratulatory opinions from the Texas Legislature and look at what they have done: More money for cows. More money for Perry's slush fund. Cuts in health insurance for children and pregnant women. Cuts in education. Many disabled forced out of their homes. More nuclear waste.

It's time that we act: register to vote and hold your representatives accountable. After all, don't politicians make it a point to talk about accountability?
